About the role
A fantastic school in the Tunbridge Wells area is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant. You will work alongside teachers and the SEN team to provide targeted interventions and help pupils with special educational needs achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN across the school.
- Deliver structured interventions and additional learning support.
- Work one‑to‑one and with small groups of students.
- Promote students' confidence, independence and progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN.
- Experience delivering interventions or targeted support programmes.
- Patient, supportive and adaptable attitude.
- Genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
- Ideally a degree in a core subject or a social science such as Psychology, Sociology or Education.
