Learning Support Assistant – Medway & Mid Kent

About the role
Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Medway and Mid Kent. You will work directly in classrooms, helping pupils build confidence and achieve their best.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils during lessons.
- Assist teachers in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Monitor pupil progress and report observations to the teaching team.
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic individuals with experience supporting children, either in a school setting or transferable experience.
- Patient, caring and proactive team players.
- Passionate about helping pupils achieve their best.
