About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in specialist SEND schools across Northwich. You will help pupils with a range of additional needs achieve their full potential by providing targeted classroom support and interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils within the classroom environment
- Deliver targeted interventions and small‑group support
- Work closely with teachers and SEND professionals
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Support behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required profile
- Experience working with children or young people
- Experience in education, care or support settings (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable and resilient approach
- Commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
