About the role
Join a mainstream primary school in Cheltenham as a Learning Support Assistant. You will help create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically and emotionally.
Key responsibilities
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 or small‑group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in implementing EHCPs and tailored learning strategies.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills.
- Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
Required profile
- Patient, dedicated and motivated.
- Passionate about supporting student success.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
- Available for full‑time, term‑time work (8:30 am‑3:30 pm).
