About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets. The role starts in September 2026 and involves supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils.
  • Assist children with special educational needs and additional needs.
  • Facilitate access to the curriculum and promote positive behaviour.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support.

Required profile

  • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years Practitioner.
  • Graduates or candidates with experience in schools, nurseries, childcare or youth work.
  • Genuine passion for supporting children academically, socially and emotionally.
