Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Farnborough)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in Farnborough. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils of all abilities access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils within the classroom.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring inclusive participation.
- Help create a positive, nurturing environment for all children.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
- Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children’s education.
- Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils is an advantage.
