About the role
Reeson Education is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to work across primary schools in the Havering borough. You will help pupils access the curriculum, support teachers, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group assistance to pupils to facilitate learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver structured and engaging lessons.
- Assist with classroom organisation, daily activities, and resource preparation.
- Promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in school or childcare settings.
- Enthusiastic, caring attitude and a genuine desire to support young learners.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
