About the role
Reed is hosting a recruitment event for a Learning Support Assistant position based in Uxbridge. The role starts in September and offers a supportive environment for individuals who enjoy helping students succeed in classroom and workplace settings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to learners.
- Assist students with integration into classroom and workplace environments.
- Collaborate with course tutors and staff to promote student development.
- Complete termly reviews and maintain accurate progress records.
- Administer medication following training and established procedures.
- Supervise students during breaks and lunch periods.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, compassionate and patient attitude.
- Willingness to complete mandatory two‑day Team Teach training (fully funded).
- Ability to work a minimum of four days per week, 7 hours per day.
- Commitment to start the role in September after successful onboarding.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
- Capability to follow medication administration protocols.

- Hourly rate of £16.69 inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly.
