Learning Support Centre Supervisor

About the role

The Learning Support Centre Supervisor will work within a high‑performing, Outstanding OFSTED school in Haringey, North London. You will deliver targeted lessons to small groups of pupils who need additional help with core subjects, using resources prepared by department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons to small groups of students requiring extra support.
• Monitor and encourage student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with classroom behaviour management for pupils who need additional guidance.
• Collaborate with the Learning Resource Centre team to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievement.

Required profile

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teacher, or similar teaching role.
• Strong all‑round teaching style with the ability to adapt to different subjects.
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
