Learning Technologist – Docebo & Articulate Specialist

About the role

The Learning Technologist will own and optimise the Nature Masterclasses Docebo platform, ensuring a seamless learner experience across digital courses. Working closely with the Learning Design Manager, publishing and product teams, you will shape how technology supports researchers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and continuously improve the Docebo LMS, including learner pathways, certifications and integrations with webinar tools.
• Develop and publish digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline, maintaining accessibility and technical quality.
• Analyse platform usage data, create reports and dashboards, and use insights to enhance learner engagement.
• Research emerging learning technologies, propose automation opportunities and support related projects.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external freelancers.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering an LMS or LXP and improving learner outcomes.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem‑solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new systems and technologies.
