Learning Technology Manager (Digital Learning & AI)

About the role

Shape the future of digital learning as a Learning Technology Manager, overseeing the global learning technology environment and driving the use of AI and automation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the learning technology roadmap, translating business needs into practical improvements and projects.
• Manage and optimise the LMS (SAP Litmos KnowHow), including configuration, permissions, learning pathways, reporting and integrations with systems such as Workday and Coaching Culture.
• Improve the digital learning experience by making platforms, content and resources easier to access and navigate, supported by data insights.
• Work hands‑on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and SSO, collaborating with technical specialists to troubleshoot and enhance integrations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities using tools like Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage suppliers, licences and budgets, and drive stakeholder adoption of new technologies.

Required profile

• Solid experience managing or developing learning technology or digital learning platforms in an international environment.
• Strong background administering Learning Management Systems, preferably SAP Litmos KnowHow.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to translate learning requirements into digital solutions.
• Practical technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, SSO and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience using AI or automation to improve learning experiences or business processes.
• Comfortable leading people, specialist resources or cross‑functional projects and working with suppliers and budgets.
