Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer with around three years of post‑qualification experience to join our Real Estate team in Canterbury. The role operates on a hybrid basis, combining office work with remote days after an initial settling‑in period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leasehold enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions and service/maintenance charge disputes.
• Handle freehold acquisitions and disposals for commercial and residential properties.
• Provide general commercial and residential property advice.
• Collaborate closely with senior enfranchisement practitioners and develop specialist expertise.

Required profile

• Approximately three years of post‑qualification experience in leasehold law.
• In‑depth knowledge of long leasehold work, County Court and Property Tribunal procedures.
• Broad experience in commercial property matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Organised with the capacity to prioritise a varied workload.
