Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our specialist property team as a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential property matters, developing expertise in lease extensions, freehold management and related areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors with lease extensions, enfranchisement and right‑to‑manage (RTM) matters.
• Provide freehold management support, including licence drafting and lease advice.
• Handle RTM applications and related statutory filings.
• Develop and manage your own caseload under supervision.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property law.
• Genuine interest in lease extension and enfranchisement work.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
