About the role
The role supports a charity‑driven social enterprise on London’s South Bank, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and community spaces. As a Leasing Administrator you will ensure smooth lease and licence processes while contributing to high‑quality environments for the community.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate and document process flow for lease transactions, including new leases, rent reviews, renewals and licences to occupy or alter.
- Manage finance workflow linked to lease and licence activity, handling purchase orders, invoices and completion statements.
- Track, co‑ordinate and communicate tenant and commercial event activities to support day‑to‑day asset team functions.
- Communicate directly with tenants, commercial customers and service providers, upholding a strong customer‑service ethos.
- Maintain and update asset data systems to ensure accurate information flow across teams.
- Develop and streamline processes to deliver best‑in‑class service for the social enterprise.
- Coordinate external consultants and professional providers.
- Promote safe working practices and high‑quality environments through effective collaboration.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service ethos with experience communicating with tenants and commercial partners.
- Ability to coordinate external consultants and professional service providers.
- Organisational skills for managing finance workflow, purchase orders and invoices.
