Leasing Associate – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Leasing Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience across all daily operations of the community. This 12‑month fixed‑term position involves marketing, tenancy administration, and building maintenance coordination while building strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including property viewings, follow‑ups, and converting enquiries into leases.
• Plan and organise daily tasks to meet targeted leasing numbers and update all contact data accurately.
• Welcome on‑site enquiries, schedule resident apartment visits, and manage cancellations.
• Respond to online chat and email enquiries professionally and support cross‑selling for other communities.
• Inspect community areas, ensure leasing materials meet standards, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of amenities and local features.
• Assist with move‑in and move‑out processes, register resident parcels, and handle minor cleaning requests.

Required profile

• Good general education and strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service background, preferably in sales within accommodation, hospitality, or membership environments.
• Ability to influence, adapt quickly, and exceed service and sales targets.
• Culturally aware with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, approachable team player with a “can‑do” attitude.
