Leasing Sales Executive – Car Leasing Consultant

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Leasing Consultant to join Carwow’s Leasey division in Winnersh, delivering exceptional customer service to people who want to lease a vehicle. You’ll respond quickly to enquiries, build strong relationships and drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on vehicle leasing and understand industry challenges and opportunities.
• Manage daily sales enquiries and pipeline.
• Maintain the CRM in line with company processes.
• Take full responsibility for personal performance and contribution to Carwow Leasey growth.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities such as maintenance packages to boost profit per unit.
• Own personal development to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide recommendations for product and process improvements.
• Communicate regularly with the Internal Sales manager on team and sales performance.
• Support effective management of relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Manage internal relationships between teams and departments.
• Support company induction and handle complaints liaison.
• Stay up‑to‑date with compliance and adhere to company policies.

• Advanced negotiation skills.
