Leasing Summer Intern – Build-to-Rent (Bristol)

About the role

This is a six‑day‑a‑week summer internship embedded within a live Build‑to‑Rent development in Bristol. You will work across leasing and front‑of‑house resident services, gaining hands‑on experience from the first enquiry through to signed tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through outbound calls, emails, texts and walk‑ins.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual property viewings.
• Progress applications from lead to lease, handling referencing, documentation and tenancy agreements.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow‑ups using a CRM system.
• Support resident renewals and community engagement activities.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Currently studying property, real estate or a related discipline.
• Confident in face‑to‑face communication.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who takes initiative and is organised and detail‑oriented.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for lead management.
