About the role
We are seeking lecturers to teach on a new BSc (Hons) Business & Digital Transformation programme (subject to validation). The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends. Note: the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess student work across modules such as programming, AI, digital transformation and IT project management.
- Develop, update and improve course materials, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Engage in staff development activities, peer observations and administrative duties.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in the field and student support practices.
- Support student attendance, progression, satisfaction and successful completion of the programme.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in related areas.
- Experience supervising student work, providing feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Data analytics and AI‑supported decision making.
- IT project management.
- Cybersecurity and digital risk (business perspective).
- Cloud computing, SaaS and digital platforms.
- UI/UX design principles.
- Responsible AI, digital ethics and governance.
