About the role
We are seeking a Lecturer to teach on a new BSc (Hons) Business & Digital Transformation programme. The role requires flexibility to teach weekdays, evenings and weekends and is based on‑site in West London.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess student work across modules such as programming, AI, digital transformation and IT project management.
- Develop, update and improve course materials, using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
- Engage in staff development activities, peer observations and administrative duties.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in the field and student support practices.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in a related area.
- Experience supervising student work, providing feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
