About the role
We are seeking Lecturers to teach on a new BSc (Hons) Business & Digital Transformation programme (subject to validation). The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
- Develop, update and improve course materials.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials.
- Engage in staff development activities, peer observations and administrative duties.
- Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the field and student support practices.
- Work towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience.
- Extensive knowledge of two or more areas such as programming, AI, digital transformation, data systems, etc.
- Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.
- Accurate reporting and organised student records.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
