Lecturer in Business Management (Generalist)

About the role

London College of Contemporary Arts, part of Global University Systems, is looking for a versatile Lecturer in Business Management to start in September 2026. The role involves delivering undergraduate modules across Levels 4‑6 and supporting students in a creative, entrepreneurial learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lectures and seminars in business subjects such as marketing, organisational behaviour, innovation, strategy, ethics and supply chain management.
• Provide academic support to help students progress and achieve their learning outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement of programmes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date subject expertise and incorporate real‑world examples.

Required profile

• Degree and postgraduate qualification in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years of higher‑education teaching experience, with proven ability to teach across Levels 4‑6.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desirable: PhD or equivalent professional standing, Fellowship of the HEA, industry or consultancy experience, and experience supporting students with generative AI or entrepreneurial ventures.
