About the role
We are partnering with a respected creative education provider to hire a Lecturer in Contemporary Art for a postgraduate programme. The role involves delivering studio‑led learning to an international cohort and contributing to the evolution of the curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging seminars, workshops and critiques, supporting both theory and practice.
- Help shape a forward‑thinking curriculum that reflects current trends and global perspectives.
- Maintain an active professional or research practice that enriches the academic community.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to foster a flexible, team‑led teaching approach.
- Support programme visibility through events, talks and industry engagement.
- Participate in academic administration and programme coordination.
Required profile
- Strong background in contemporary art, curatorial practice or a related field.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring or delivering workshops.
- A degree in a relevant discipline (post‑graduate qualification preferred).
- Active involvement in creative practice or research.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
