Lecturer in Fashion (Part‑time, 0.63 FTE)

About the role

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a passionate Lecturer in Fashion to join the Windsor College Sixth Form on a permanent part‑time basis (0.63 FTE, 23.5 hours per week). You will lead the delivery of the T Level Fashion & Textiles programme, inspiring students and ensuring high‑quality teaching and assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess fashion and textiles curriculum for T Level students.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular feedback to support student achievement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and curriculum developments.
• Develop and sustain professional links with fashion industry partners.
• Contribute to a supportive, high‑performing learning environment.

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience in fashion or textiles.
• Proven ability to motivate learners and achieve strong retention rates.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
