Legal Administrator – Complaint Logging

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrator to join our Legal Administration Team in Slough. The role focuses on logging customer complaints, handling case documentation, and ensuring accurate data management within a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Log customer complaints into the case management system.
• Handle and track case documentation efficiently.
• Manage customer data and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
• Enter case details, upload supporting files, and acknowledge receipt.
• Maintain the Master Commission spreadsheet with high accuracy.
• Meet a daily target of at least 50 logged cases while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within legal or complaints management.
• Familiarity with logging or case management software such as Respond.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
