Legal Assistant – MOJ Stage 3

About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy MOJ Stage 3 team in Liverpool. The role involves progressing admitted liability claims through Stage 3 of the MOJ portal with accuracy, efficiency and strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Handling general call queries, MOJ administration and court post.
- Reviewing claimant and vehicle‑related losses, including credit hire.
- Drafting witness statements.
- Submitting Stage 3 packs.
- Issuing proceedings.
- Preparing court bundles and briefing counsel.
Required profile
- Previous MOJ/PI experience advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise to deadlines.
- Confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good Excel skills.
