About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to take over a high‑performing warm desk within our Birmingham office. This role offers immediate earning potential and the chance to manage both client and candidate relationships on a thriving legal recruitment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop an existing legal recruitment desk, driving revenue from day one.
• Source, interview, and place legal professionals across interim and contract assignments.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (360°), from prospecting to placement and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal support teams for compliance, administration, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within interim or contract markets.
• Demonstrated billing history and ability to develop new business.
• Confident 360° recruiter comfortable managing both clients and candidates.
• Motivated, ambitious professional seeking a fast‑moving, high‑reward environment.
