Legal Tech Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Legal Tech division. You will drive the adoption of legal technology tools, shape the strategic roadmap, and ensure successful implementation across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption of new legal technology and tools.
• Create and own the strategic roadmap for the Legal Tech team, defining targets and success metrics.
• Use data to manage adoption, measure ROI, and assess overall effectiveness.
• Manage adoption processes, including training, user enablement, and implementation.
• Gather real‑time user feedback and implement fixes or changes as needed.
• Manage external and internal suppliers to deliver the product roadmap.
• Ensure all platforms comply with risk and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to testing, pilot programmes, and roll‑outs.
• Work with technical delivery teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with practice groups to scope requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Handle client‑facing interactions, including training and communications.
• Support bid and tender processes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in change management within legal technology or the legal sector.
• Deep stakeholder management and engagement expertise.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience delivering training workshops for internal and external audiences.
• Full product lifecycle experience, including project scoping and planning.
