About the role

Join a well‑established water hygiene and legionella control specialist as a Legionella Risk Assessor. You will work remotely for a London‑based client, delivering expert assessments and guidance to ensure compliance with UK water safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
• Produce detailed reports that identify risks and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with water hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Relevant qualifications or accreditations in legionella risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of current water hygiene regulations and standards.

Required skills

• Legionella risk assessment
• Familiarity with ACOP L8 guidance
• Understanding of HSG274 guidelines
• Knowledge of water hygiene standards
