Leisure Attendant

About the role

Join our hotel’s health club team as a Leisure Attendant and be the face of hospitality for our guests. You will ensure the club environment is clean, safe, and welcoming while delivering memorable experiences that brighten each member’s day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of tidiness and cleanliness throughout all public and back‑of‑house areas of the club.
• Complete and record quality and safety checks in line with company procedures.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and yourself.
• Proactively greet members, anticipate their needs, and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure uninterrupted access to towels, consumables, and other club amenities.
• Support club reception and operations when required.
• Contribute to promotional activities and stay aware of market trends.
• Minimise utility consumption and waste while adhering to health‑and‑safety policies.

• Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with members, team members, and management.
