Lettings Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Area Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑performing lettings branches across the Essex region. You will be responsible for driving growth, coaching teams and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation while delivering strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and manage branch staff to maximise performance and engagement.
• Recruit, retain and reduce attrition across the region.
• Monitor and report regional P&L, lettings metrics and income targets.
• Take corrective action for under‑performing branches and identify growth opportunities.
• Support Lettings Managers in building customer‑focused, high‑performing teams.
• Ensure all branches operate in line with current lettings legislation and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in lettings or estate agency with commercial awareness.
• Strong P&L accountability and ability to influence change.
• Passion for coaching, developing and retaining talent.
