Lettings Associate – Oxford

About the role

We are seeking a Lettings Associate to join our Oxford office, supporting residential lettings across the South of England. You will work closely with landlords and applicants, helping to match properties with the right tenants while upholding our high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and register new applicants.
• Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants, recording all communications.
• Build goodwill and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
• Arrange, organise and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the local market.
• Collaborate with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
• Work across departments and refer business where appropriate.

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong rapport‑building and relationship‑development skills.
• Resilience under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
