Lettings Branch Manager

About the role

As a Lettings Branch Manager you will lead a dynamic lettings team, driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will operate within a fast‑moving environment, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings and coach staff to achieve KPI targets.
• Monitor individual performance through one‑to‑one reviews and provide development support.
• Generate new and repeat business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
• Maintain risk‑averse practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or higher.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.
• Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and competitor landscape.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office packages.
