Lettings Consultant – Japanese Desk

About the role

We are seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our dedicated Japanese Desk, providing specialist relocation and lettings services to Japanese clients across London’s premium neighbourhoods. Reporting to the Lettings Director, you will act as the primary liaison between Japanese tenants and landlords, ensuring a seamless, culturally‑aware experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lettings process for Japanese clients, from property viewings to tenancy agreements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with Japanese corporations and their executive employees.
• Provide bilingual support, translating property details, contracts, and communications.
• Collaborate with the wider Lettings team to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Ensure properties meet the specific expectations of Japanese tenants regarding layout, amenities, and location.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings or property sales.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese, with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
