About the role

Join Hamptons' Tower Bridge office as a Lettings Consultant and help connect landlords with suitable tenants in one of London's most dynamic markets. You will receive comprehensive training, a competitive commission structure and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Register new applicant enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Maintain regular communication with landlords and applicants, recording all interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for viewings, offers and lettings.
• Conduct viewings in line with landlord instructions and negotiate offers where required.
• Monitor the local rental market to provide competitive advice.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Previous experience in estate agency or a sales‑focused role is advantageous.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
