Lettings Manager – Blackheath

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our thriving branch in Blackheath Village. This full‑time position offers the chance to drive revenue growth, mentor a high‑performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a well‑established estate agency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new lettings business and increase branch revenue.
• Conduct rental valuations, win new instructions and grow the managed portfolio.
• Register, qualify and manage applicant pipelines.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and secure successful lets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer clients to other departments.
• Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
• Monitor branch performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
• Hold regular one‑to‑one coaching sessions and develop team members.
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry regulations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the local property market.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
• Track record of winning new business and expanding managed portfolios.
• Strong listing and valuation experience.
• Experience managing, coaching or mentoring a team.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, commercially focused and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
