Lettings Manager

About the role

This Lettings Manager position is with a well‑established multi‑branch independent estate agency operating in the Prime Central London lettings market. You will lead the lettings department, driving performance, profitability and delivering a high‑quality service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a residential lettings portfolio across Prime Central London.
• Conduct property valuations and secure new lettings instructions.
• Drive new business acquisition and renewal performance.
• Oversee the full lettings process from instruction to move‑in.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Support, coach and develop the lettings team.
• Ensure compliance and consistently high service standards.
• Meet departmental targets and contribute to overall agency growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Valuer.
• Strong valuation and instruction‑winning track record.
• Commercial mindset with a history of delivering performance.
• Confident leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

What we offer

• £40,000 basic salary (DOE) with OTE of £60,000‑£70,000.
• Performance‑based override on renewals and new business.
• No weekend working – Monday‑Thursday 9:30‑17:30, Friday 9:30‑16:00.
• Exposure to the Prime Central London market.
