About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Manager to act as an ambassador for our independent agency in East London. The successful candidate will be well‑presented, enthusiastic and confident, with first‑class communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new lettings instructions and grow the portfolio to support a new lettings negotiator.
  • Conduct lettings appraisals, create listings and manage landlord relationships.
  • Carry out property viewings and negotiate new letting agreements.
  • Mentor, motivate and develop a team of lettings staff, overseeing performance and training.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in residential lettings management.
  • Natural leadership ability with a track record of coaching teams.
  • Excellent presentation, confidence and polite demeanor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Basic salary of £35,000.
    • On‑target earnings bringing total compensation to £55,000‑£60,000 per year.
    • Opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic lettings team.
