Lettings Manager – Lead Residential Lettings Team

About the role
Join Alan de Maid, part of the Connells Group, as a Lettings Manager in Bromley. You will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of a residential lettings team while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing lettings team.
- Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations and listings.
- Generate new business and increase market share in the local property market.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with landlords, tenants and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
- Track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets.
- Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
- Full UK driving licence.
