Lettings Manager – Lead Residential Lettings Team

About the role

Join Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, as a Lettings Manager in Oxford. You will lead a high‑performing residential lettings team, driving growth and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the Oxford residential lettings team.
• Drive market share and generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations and listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local landlords, tenants and property professionals.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and business generation.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
