Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings branch in Streatham, London. You will be responsible for driving performance, growing market share and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Streatham lettings team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations, listings and tenancy negotiations.
• Generate new business and increase market share through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local property agents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
