Lettings Negotiator & Administrator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator / Administrator to join a well‑established local lettings agency. You will work in a supportive team, handling the full lettings cycle from initial contact to tenancy agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants, matching them to suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional follow‑up.
• Prepare and process tenancy documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with property listings, marketing updates and online advertising.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, hardworking and driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous experience in residential lettings as an administrator or negotiator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage a busy workload.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and good attention to detail.
