Lettings Negotiator – Belsize Park

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a fast‑growing residential lettings team in Belsize Park, London. The full‑time position works Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm with a Saturday rota (10am‑3pm) and offers a competitive base salary plus on‑target earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Register new applicants and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, matching applicants with suitable rentals.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals and networking.
• Market properties on online portals and social media.
• Progress tenancies from offer to move‑in, liaising with referencing companies and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Provide regular feedback to landlords and meet lettings targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in residential lettings.
• Well‑presented, articulate and proactive.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Good IT skills.
