Lettings Negotiator – Bishopston

About the role

We are seeking a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving team in Bishopston, Bristol. This full‑time position offers the chance to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while contributing to a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, understanding their requirements.
• Advise prospective tenants, match them with suitable properties and handle offers and negotiations.
• Support marketing initiatives and canvass for new properties and landlords.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Contribute proactively to team performance and office success.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in lettings or estate agency.
• Energetic, confident and motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking yet a strong team player.
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
• Professional, articulate and customer‑focused.
• Desire to develop skills and progress within the property industry.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

What we offer

• Basic salary £29,000 with realistic OTE £32,000+ (uncapped pooled commission).
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 3 and 6 years).
