Lettings Negotiator – Clifton, Bristol

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Register new applicant enquiries
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
• Arrange moving appointments and key releases
• Negotiate move‑in dates, rent, and furnishings between tenants and landlords
• Collect documentation required for tenant referencing
• Book property valuations for senior negotiators or valuers

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in lettings or estate agency (essential)
• Full, clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Required skills

• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail when handling documentation
• Ability to negotiate and manage multiple appointments

What we offer

• Salary £27,000 with OTE up to £30,000 per year
• Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑6 pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
