Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Entwistle Green, part of the Connells Group, is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team in Lancaster. You will work directly with landlords and prospective tenants, delivering a high‑standard service while contributing to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure let agreements.
• Progress lettings through to tenant move‑in.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or property sales (preferred).
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
