About the role
We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a market‑leading independent estate agency in Wimbledon. This position offers a solid entry point into the property sector with extensive training and fast‑track progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords to match properties.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental offers.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the letting process.
Required profile
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Strong interest in property and the lettings market.
- Proven experience working as part of a team to achieve business goals.
- Ambitious, tenacious personality with excellent communication skills.

- No specific technical skills required.

- Basic salary of £25,000 per year.
