Lettings Negotiator – Must have experience

About the role

Drivers & Norris, an award‑winning North London estate agency, is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join its dynamic lettings team. You will guide landlords and tenants through the entire lettings process, from the first enquiry right through to move‑in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective tenants and capture their property requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, follow‑up enquiries and negotiate offers.
• Secure new tenancies, meet agreed targets and progress agreements to move‑in.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, referencing agencies and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records in Reapit and ensure all compliance documentation is complete.
• Provide regular updates to landlords throughout the letting cycle.
• Generate new business opportunities and support market appraisals.
• Adhere to current lettings legislation and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Previous residential lettings experience preferred, but strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.
• Confident, professional appearance with a proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Reapit property management system.
