Lettings Negotiator – North London

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Holloway office in North London. You will work in a fast‑moving residential lettings market, meeting landlords and tenants, and driving revenue through strong customer service and business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Register and qualify applicants, managing the applicant pipeline.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lettings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and meet branch targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Proven ability to conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress lets.
• Strong customer‑service and business‑generation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Reapit is advantageous.

Required skills

• Reapit property management software.
