Lettings Negotiator – £27k base + uncapped commission

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, supportive team in Bishopston, Bristol as a Lettings Negotiator. You will help landlords and tenants find the right property solutions while building strong client relationships and developing your property expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Understand tenant requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and liaise between landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
• Support business development by canvassing for new instructions and identifying new opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients.

Required profile

• Confident, enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• At least 12 months previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency.

• £27,000 basic salary with uncapped pooled commission (OTE £29,000+).
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional leave after 3 and 6 years.
