Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings

About the role

Join Connells Group’s Barnard Marcus team as a Lettings Negotiator, working from our Muswell Hill office in London. You will help prospective tenants find their new homes while supporting the growth of our residential lettings portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings agreements.
• Manage the lettings process through to tenant move‑in.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or property sales is preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
